Even though neither Krista nor her lawyer have said anything about Ms. Erickson joining Fox News North, the CBC’s official blog is reporting it as a fact.
And that blog gets its information from “inside the cbc”.
It certainly seems believable.
Especially after the spineless CBC threw her under the bus in order to get a Conservative loudmouth off their backs.
The story that Krista is covering is so trivial and of so little interest to Canadians, that having to stand there and do it is like performing housekeeping duties. To be handed that assignment, when you’re capable of doing so much more, has got to be discouraging.
The real reason she chose to leave the CBC may simply have been the genuine desire to once and for all fulfill her potential as a good journalist and a great reporter.
