As Production Director, you will oversee all technical operations for Studios and TV Productions, with a view to contributing substantially to achieving production objectives for General Television programming.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Ensure effective management of human resources assigned to you;
  • Advise and actively support General Television Programming in organizing work, as well as planning for and managing staffing needs to ensure optimal use of resources;
  • Ensure sound management of physical resources in your business line, and play a key role in the planning process for production infrastructure investments.

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

  • University degree in administration, management or production;
  • Minimum five (5) years’ management experience;
  • Five (5) to 10 years’ TV production experience;
  • Exceptional leadership skills;
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary and creative teams;
  • Experience working in a unionized environment;
  • Able to handle complex situations and develop innovative solutions within tight deadlines;
  • Proven project and change management skills;
  • Keen sense of business and administrative management;
