As a member of Sales and Marketing management, you will oversee, organize and monitor short- and long-term planning of marketing strategies for Radio-Canada, RDI, ARTV and Web platforms, with a view to maximizing commercial-time inventory sales revenue.

You will work closely with the General Manager’s Office, sales directors, Programming, Scheduling, Communications, as well as CBC Television. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency between all operations assigned to you, as well as short-, medium- and long-term strategic planning.

You will oversee Marketing operations in the following areas:

  • Inventory pricing to optimize commercial value;
  • Product marketing;
  • Qualitative and quantitative measurement of audience performance;
  • Competitive environment analysis and identification of potential;
  • Conveying our product offering to advertisers;
  • Managing inventory to maximize sales levels;

In closing, you will oversee, manage and coordinate all human resources in your unit.

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

  • University degree in sales or marketing;
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience performing similar or related duties;
  • In-depth knowledge of the Quebec advertising industry and consumer market, marketing tools, computer systems, the competitive environment, and media trends;
  • Bilingual;
  • Personnel management and coaching skills.
