    Bonuses lead to resentment? No fucking shit.

    Even more common and more infuriating at the ceeb is the practice of wildly uneven salaries across people in the same unit, with lower paid grunts doing more work over more hours.

    My producer typically rolled in 3 hours late and often left early. Yeah, thanks.
