I’d dump CBC Television. It’s a money pit medium that is on the verge of extinction anyways.
Move Newsworld over to the main channel, improve it’s funding, and make it available to all Canadians.
Re-focus on radio.
Pour loads of cash into CBC’s online endeavors, including the production of online films, docs and shows.
In less than 5 years time, we could be back in that box people like to watch in their living rooms, and miles ahead of the competition.
