Farewell Robert Rabinovitch

As you may or may not know, Robert Rabinovitch’s tenure as President and CEO of CBC/Radio-Canada ends on December 31st.

Over the years the Tea Makers has often been critical of his performance, but I wish him well in the future and wherever his career takes him.

Exit interview by the Globe and Mail and Dayjob Orchestra.

How is it that no one has hired these guys to do this regularly for the CBC?

This would be great as a regular feature on the Hour.

This way he avoids any recriminations coming from the costly “The Border” cheese-fest. We’re “Fox North” now.

I hope his leaving is soon enough. The ‘suits’ steering the place now need to create some sense of order, some goodwill toward the people doing the real work. Lockout ’05 was a waste and Rab is still a criminal.

What’s really funny is that the dub over actually makes more sense than the usual baffle gab CBC execs/manglement spew out on a regular basis…. somewhere the words strategic and vision should have been placed between the burps…

Hopeless incompetent. Let’s watch him fumble the next ball he’s thrown. A truly sorry figure. The dub? That’s funny.
