Ok, I moved it to this thread.
Comedy Central.
George joked with one heavily pregnant woman (maybe this one) that if she gave birth during the show she should name the child "Canada". And if she could possibly hold off until the commercial break he could tease the birth with "when we come back we'll introduce 'Canada' to Canada."
