‘We are in an unprecedented position of strength at CBC News’

J. McGuire puts a brave face on “renewing” the news on a budget of negative a hundred and seventy. But Dick Stursberg’s fiancée is quite safe.

People actually liked Carole's work? Sorry, a little dumfounded right now since I saw her as the only sub-par component in the Sunday show. "perky" just ends up looking embarassing/medicated at a certian age.

But I'm beginning to think a lot about the old programs and it's dawning on me just how many good ones are gone, or gutted. Walk on some of the floors, especially in the basements, an you might as well be in a museum, or a tomb.

Glad that Carol will be taken care of. Not too many anchors high prices anchors have been cut.

I guess things will be a little tense next time at Dic & Carol's place next time Dick locks us out.

What was up with the last Sunday Edition? The celeb gossip at the top? Someone misbehaving?
